1Dispatch times
In-stock orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment clearing. Orders placed before the daily cut-off enter same-day picking.
2Rates & free shipping
Standard tracked shipping is a flat rate and free on orders over €250. Express and United Kingdom options are available at checkout.
3Packaging
All orders ship discreetly with no product references outside. Compounds arrive freeze-dried and shelf-stable, sealed against light and moisture — no cold chain required.
4Tracking
A tracking link is emailed when your parcel is handed to the carrier. Transit times vary by destination and carrier.
5Returns
Because these are sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened vials. Contact us within 7 days if an order arrives damaged or incorrect and we’ll make it right.
