Research-use agreement
By placing an order you accept the following agreement.
1Acknowledgement of purpose
You acknowledge that all products are intended solely for laboratory research and in-vitro experimentation, and are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, or treatment of any condition.
2Researcher status
You represent that you are a qualified researcher or acting on behalf of a research institution, and that you have the training and facilities to handle research chemicals safely.
3Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and institutional policies governing the import, possession, handling, and disposal of the materials you order.
4No resale for misuse
You will not resell, relabel, or distribute any product for use outside its stated research purpose, nor to any party you believe intends such use.
5Assumption of risk
You assume all risk and responsibility associated with the receipt, storage, handling, and use of the materials, and release TOP Pep from liability arising from misuse.
